Our Story
Catering By Dale began over 24 years ago as an off-premise catering company.  CBD's new restaurant & commercial kitchen is now located at Copper at Dorset,  private event space with bar service, lunches  & prepared meals to go, Pop up dinners i.e. Wednesday night Tapas & continued off-site catering and bar services.  We specialize in theme parties and enjoy creating the ultimate experience for our clients.

We have worked to package our meals in a way that lets you bring the quality of our meals into your home to reheat. We go out of our way to ensure our clients are extremely satisfied and we always love to see our repeat clients in person!

Our Event Coordinators
Our team of professional event coordinators will guide you through the planning process and help you finalize the details of your event. Susan is a Certified Wedding Consultant (20 yrs) and trains her team well! Susan and her elite team will assist with your timeline, seating chart, site visit, rental quote and all of the other details!
